Nowadays, it's recomended to do any sport to be healthy.
There are many kinds of storts that you can practice, for example: you can walk at morning before sunrise or at afternoon after sunset that is the best to keep your heart in a good health.

Yesterday I was watching the nwes on TV and I watched a MTV news where were talking about the new Rihanna´s video.
they said that she S & M video was censured in more than 11 conuntries because of the sadomasochistic scenes.
this was because the content of the song is inappropiate for somepeople and it´s nmot surtable for children under 15.
She got angry but she couldn´t do anything... DO YOU AGREE?

I was surfing the internet for recent news this afternoon and i found a fight between Nokia and microsoft vs Apple and Google. it started when Nokia try to dominate the marketing since the iPhones makes it lost the users phones, now Nokia and microsoft are together against Apple and Google to see which company is the best and appeals to users. what kind of technologys could be appear as a result of this big fight.

ONLINE SHOPPING IS PART OF MY LIFE
The other day, i was si excited to find out that the new iPhone4 was out on the market.
So i broke my "cochinito" and i rushed to Liverpool in order to get my new gadget.
My heart was pounding when i got into the Mac section and sadly, I realized that the store dind´t have that item available.
Then, i got home disappointed and i logged on Facebook to erase all my sadness and the first thing i did was to write on my status "Liverpool, you´re no longer part of my life" =(
I got a lot of comments from my friends, and one of them told me about a website where i could find it online.
I was able to smile again when i saw the price of the iPhone4, so I grabbed my credit card, I created an account on Mac and i i
ordered it.
Two weeks later I got my iPhone4 and that´s not the only thing i buy since then. I´m very pleased with the idea of shopping online.

TRAVEL TIP IN MEXICO
When I was arriving in Mexico I didn´t know where to start and what to do. After that, i remembered that I had a friend there, I called Him an he gave me the following tips:
*firt contact a travel agent.
*change dollars into people for help.
*don´t ask other people for help.
*don´t walk alone in the street.
*don´t take much money, try to use a credit card only.
These are a few tips that my friend gave us for a safe and happy.

Yesterday while I was navigating on the internet, I found a page that said about a new gadget, it was a cell phone which had 4 basses but the page said that really had 2 basses because the other two had just the shape and they are like accesories for the cell phone; by the other hand the last week when I logged to my facebook, I found a new game named run run kalimba!! this game is about the singer, who was accussed of raping, I seem it incredible the people make jokes about this situation.

I WAS WALKING ON THE STREET LAS WEEK AND I BEGAN TO NOTICE SOME STRANGE PEOPLE WEARING A VERY DIFFERENT KIND OF CLOTHES AND BEHAVIOR. FIRST I LOOKED A GROUP OF PEOPLE WEARING BLACK CLOTHES THEY SEEM PACIFIC PERSONS ONLY TALKING WITH THEIR OWN GROUP.
THEN I NOTICED ANOTHER GROUP WEARING IN A SIMILAR WAY THAT THE FIRST, BUT THEY LOOKED VERY SAD.
SO I BEGAN TO THING THAT IN THIS WORLD THERE ARE MANY DIFFERENTS AND WEIRD IDEAS ABOUT HOW TO WEAR AND HOW TO BEHAVE, AND I WANT TO ASK YOU, DO YOU THINK WE HAVE TO RESPECT THEM? OR WE CAN IGNORE THEM JUST BECAUSE THEY'RE DIFFERENT AND THEIR BEHAVIOR IS WEIRD.

Nice work everyone, you just have to profread your texts before posting them. I noticed a lot of typos, wrong use of prepositions and other errors. this coment ir to: "benefits of practicing sports",.. I really agree with you guys! I'm sure do some excercise it's importante to have a good healt and make you feel more secury (: I want to share that this year I started practicing spinning and I totally recomended :P
Since the truth on Rihanna's censured video does not make to me just that censure videoes that since for my it does not contain many scenes in order that it was censured I already saw the video and this normal and very good certainly and so the truth I return to insist the video it is not so obscene as others that they should be censured and another point is that there do not becomes to me just that deprive the freedom of expression

I found this note very interesting. I don't see why Rihanna's video would get censored, I've seen worse than that.
Music channels nowadays are rated 16 +, people who watch those channels is supposed to be able to understand some of the content on certain videos. So I don't know what's the big deal.
The media has done its part by rating channels and TV Shows. We were given the options, we can either change the channel or just watch but I guess some governments can't respect that.
